Friends! Goodmorning! It is so good to be back home in Lancaster, checking in this morning to say hello to you all! As many of you may know, I was in Dominican Republic on a missions trip for the past nine days. Oh what an amazing, life-impacting experience it was to serve the Lord and His people! So thankful to everyone for the love, support, and prayers!! I just can’t wait to share more about my time there with you all soon!!

In the meantime, since it’s AUGUST, that means it’s time for another installment of Insta-Month! As always, a few honorable mentions from this past month…
+ Celebrating Independence Day! With my family! At the beach! Now that is a winning trifecta. ;)
+ Spending a week at my grandparents’ beach house in Rehoboth with my friends who just graduated. Ahhh so thankful for such an amazing week with good friends that love the Lord! I’m going to miss them so much when they leave for college later this month…
+ The Washington Boro Tomato Festival! A July family tradition. The local fire company hosts a festival each year to raise support and the entire community comes together to help out and pull it off. It’s always such a summer highlight!!
+ And OF COURSE, Dominican Republic. But there will be much more on that soon… ;)

So, Happy August!! It’s an ESPECIALLY happy one because it’s my birthday month! Turning 18 is a weird thought since I’m not such a fan of growing up, but I know good things are in store. :) xoxo
