They’re high school sweethearts. And after years upon years of making unforgettable memories and growing to be the best of friends, Nolan knew without a shadow of doubt Vanessa was the woman he wanted to have spend forever by his side. And it’s no surprise, since it’s clear within minutes of spending time with these two how perfectly paired they are. They mutually support each other’s dreams and passions, are so comfortable with one other yet always encourage the other to be their best self, and of course love and care for each other in a way that warms your heart.

While on a trip together to Ireland with his family, they visited Blarney Castle. As they strolled the historic grounds, Nolan wanted to stop for a photo. Handing the camera to his sister and turning back to Vanessa for the photo, Vanessa watched as Nolan dropped down on one knee and asked her to be his wife. After years of dating and dreaming of this moment, nothing could have prepared her for the overwhelming amount of joy and emotion that would rush over her when it finally played out. At a loss for words, Vanessa emotionally nodded her head yes as she happily exhaled the “yes” she’d been waiting to say all of her life.
