From the moment she slipped in her wedding gown, then held her parents hands tight in reverent prayer, to her dearest most cherished friends and bridesmaids seeing her as a bride for the first time on her wedding day, to his tear-filled eyes as he tenderly watched her glide down the aisle in the arm of her father, to their heartfelt vows beneath the Spanish Moss looking out over the marina… June 13th was all about soaking in each moment, relishing the unending joy and celebrating the goodness of God in bringing Cameron and Alex together.

And from start to finish, it was that and so much more. Though it’d been an exceptionally rainy week in Palmetto, Florida, the prayers of so many were answered when June 13th dawned with clear blue skies and that sweet Florida sunshine.

Cameron and Alex were so sweetly celebrated by their friends and family, and it was incredible to see the support they are surrounded with. As they swayed back and forth beneath the palm trees that evening, enjoying their first dance as husband and wife, every person in attendance had a smile in their heart seeing the way they so perfectly were made for each other. Soul mates and best friends, through and through.

I adore this couple and was completely honored to be welcomed into documenting such a precious celebration. Their day was one of joy and thanksgiving, a day I’ll forever hold sweet memories of. Cameron and Alex, I hope you love these pictures now, but I hope they continue to grow more and more dear to you as you look back on them in the years to come and are reminded of the love you share and the support you have surrounding you by all your friends and family.
