There’s something so special about photographing married couples… even though I was photographing in the remarkably beautiful deserts of Scottsdale, Arizona, I still think it’s Stephen & Chelsey’s love for each other that speaks most in these pictures. You can see so clearly in the way they interact with each other how much Stephen & Chelsey genuinely adore each other and that was such a joy for me to capture!

Even though I only had the privilege of meeting Stephen & Chelsey recently, I feel like I’ve known them for so much longer! I think that’s a rare quality and gift that only a select number of people have. Stephen & Chelsey are truly the cream of the crop… genuine and loving people with the biggest hearts.

Not to mention, they’re incredibly talented wedding photographers and cinematographers from California, which made it even more of an honor for me to photograph this time in their lives! They’re coming up on their three year anniversary early next year, so when we realized our schedules would align and we’d both be in Scottsdale attending the Showit United Conference, we started planning for their desert anniversary session!
