If there’s one thing I’m sure of: documenting legacy fills my heart up. I’m a wedding photographer. But it’s not the wedding part (the dress, the details, the vision come to life) that particularly draws me in. It’s two people. Making a decision. To love and to cherish… through it all. That’s the story I’ll never grow tired of telling. <3

For Matt & Rachael, they’re nearly seven years into this journey as husband and wife… but they’re still making that decision daily. When Rachael emailed me about taking their anniversary pictures, she’d just found out she was expecting their third baby. <3 Now they just found out it’s a GIRL (!!!) and documenting this season of their lives (before a little more pink colors their world!) reminded me all over again why I love this so much.

My hope is someday Matt & Rachael’s three little girls will look at these photos and see the laughter of two people madly in love, the joy of a new adventure beginning, and a legacy of love and commitment that’s built to last.
