The morning of May 1st dawned and she was already awake, tucked away in the farmhouse bridal suite preparing for this day she’d anticipated for so very long. She sat there calmly as a flurry of excitement rushed around her, but all she could think about was him. The one she loved, respected, and adored. The man that, within hours, would be her husband. To anyone else at home it was any other day, but for Taylor + Amy? Today was theirs. A fresh new day awaited them… the best day of their lives so far.

And ohhh, what a truly beautiful day it was. Filled to the brim with deep laughter, long hugs, and ear-to-ear grins, there really couldn’t have been a more perfect way to celebrate all that Taylor + Amy are: sweethearts and soul mates.

After a storybook wedding day that left them with full, grateful hearts, they sat side by side at their elegant barn reception taking it all in. Surrounded by all of their very favorite people, they laughed, wiped tears, and clinked glasses to lifelong happiness. It was so clear in that moment how much each of their wedding guests meant to them, yet in the same breath: how much they meant to each of their wedding guests. Toasts were made throughout the evening linking back to the fact that Taylor + Amy are just good people. Pure and simple. They’re the type that care. That drop everything to show up, support you, and make you feel whole. The type that push you to be better, yet love you the way you are.

To Taylor + Amy… thank you. I so appreciate your loving hearts and complete trust in me. It has been such a joy being welcomed into documenting this sweet season of your lives… I feel so honored to have captured it, and am just so excited for you two! I hope you’re loving every second of your honeymoon in Mexico, and I hope you enjoy this summary of your beautiful wedding day! Xoxo!
