Last week I took a little road trip to Philly to meet up with a dear photographer friend of mine from Richmond, Annamarie. We spent the afternoon chatting and exploring a cute little town right outside of Philly, and then ended our time together taking some new head shots of each other on Villanova’s campus. Ahhh so FUN! Our time together went far too quickly though!!

One of the things I love about being a part of the photography industry is the amazing people I’ve gotten to meet through it. Good, good people with compassionate, supportive, and encouraging hearts. Well, if you haven’t guessed where I’m going with this yet, Annamarie is one of these people. ;) An absolute gem; the cream of the crop, the crème de la crème. I’m serious. If I could describe her in only one word it would be RADIANT. Inside and out. Her joy is vibrant and her beauty is deep.

I’m so so thankful for friends like these that God has placed in my life to encourage me along in this journey. Not to mention the fact that she has the most BEAUTIFUL work… ahhh I could get lost in the pages of her pretty blog. :) She just has one of those personalities that draws you in, challenges you to be better, and yet, comforts and encourages you to know that you are enough. I appreciate this quality in Annamarie more than I can say and just respect and admire her so much. Needless to say, I left our afternoon together feeling so very thankful to call her my friend. :) I love you Annamarie!! Can’t wait until our next adventure. :) P.S. It’s really not fair how gorgeous you are… ;)
