June 23rd, 2018 was a day over nine years in the making… the moment these high school sweethearts finally became husband and wife! The day was filled with so much calm… because Steve and Cara? They’ve always been a sure bet. As their pastor pronounced them Mr & Mrs Hoke, their guests erupted in cheering and celebration because you just can’t help but be a Steve & Cara fan from the start. Big proud smiles were spread across their parents, siblings, family, & friends’ faces because together Steve & Cara are everything wonderful… with a love that you just know will go the distance. <3

Their day was one of those where I had to permanently glue my camera to my face during toasts to hide the tears that kept coming and a reminder that being welcomed into my couples’ lives to capture their most precious family bonds just really never gets old. Steve & Cara, thank you for trusting me as your photographer and for just being so fun and happy to work with! Once again making me feel SO THANKFUL to do what I do.
