They met in college and from the very start, everyone knew Ben & Kelly were bound to end up together. Not wanting to ruin the solid friendship they had, they pushed their feelings away week after week and month after month until finally they couldn’t deny it anymore… together is where they belonged.

Through college exams, football games, and the pursuit of their dreams, they made memories, supported one another, and realized life was so much richer with one another by their side. It was while visiting Colonial Williamsburg, strolling the gardens behind the governor’s house, that Ben got down on one knee and asked Kelly to make him the happiest man in the world and become his wife.

Ben & Kelly, I’ve loved getting to know you guys and cannot wait for your 2017 wedding at Historic Shady Lane! Now if only it would hurry up and get here. :) For now, enjoy a few of my favorites from your engagement session! Xoxo
