He was the cute new boy in her eighth grade class that she couldn’t stop thinking about or blushing whenever their eyes met. Ryan & Ashley slowly became friends throughout eighth grade, and the more their friendship grew, the more her crush on him did as well. However, it wasn’t until the end of ninth grade that Ryan saw what he had right in front of him in Ashley… but by that point, Ashley was proudly telling her friends “Well he missed his chance.” But despite her best efforts, she couldn’t resist falling for the boy she’d always loved…

Though fourteen and fifteen when their romance began, they’ve since grown and with them, their love for each other. Whether a dinner out, a backyard bonfire, or just snuggling up on the couch to watch a new episode their favorite shows, they’re truly the best of friends. It was while they strolled the beautiful paths of Longwood Gardens with smiles that couldn’t leave their faces that Ryan led Ashley to a gazebo tucked away in the gardens and got down on one knee, asking her to be his wife.
