It was the day they’d long anticipated. A date that seemed to be marked on their calendars for what seemed like forever, finally here. Chris + Tori’s Wedding Day. And they soaked it all in, every second.

It was a beautiful thing to see so many friends and family travel in from all over the country to celebrate this marriage commitment that took place on the secluded Casey Key Beaches of Sarasota, Florida. Their families had poured so much love into making this day a special celebration and Tori’s eyes lit up throughout the day seeing that vision come to life. As she gracefully descended the steps as a bride to meet Chris outside underneath a canopy of majestic Oak Trees, you could sense such sweet anticipation for the day about to unfold…

And truly, they couldn’t have dreamed of a more perfect day. In fact, I’m still convinced it was a dream! Gold and cream accents, a windswept beach ceremony, southern landscaping that had my southern loving heart singing, an extraordinarily talented pianist’s fingers dancing across the keys softly playing along with the rhythm of the crashing waves, eye catching ice sculptures, a white Victorian couch on the beach, golden light that took my breath away, countless sparkling chandeliers, and a brilliant beachside sunset dinner prepared by a master chef… it was truly a beautiful, magical evening.

But the most beautiful detail of all was the love that Chris + Tori share and the love that surrounded them by their family and friends on this special wedding weekend. Beautiful wedding details are one thing… but a soft and sweet love like theirs, with vows promised along the Gulf Coast that culminate a sacred marriage commitment? That, my friends, is what it’s all about.

Chris + Tori and their families have left me with an even deeper gratitude for this passion of mine that’s brought so much joy and adventure into my life. It is such a privilege so close to my heart, and I couldn’t have been more thankful to have had the opportunity to document this day for such incredible families.
