They were neighbors their entire lives and went to elementary, middle, and high school together, yet they hardly knew each other at all. It wasn’t until they attended different colleges that their paths were brought back together for good. But who knew it would be a silly word game app that would deserve the credit for playing matchmaker. Morgan was playing Ruzzle just to keep in contact with her younger brother still at home, but one day she got a game request from Bryan. After repeated defeats, she messaged him to tell him he needed to take it easy on her! Quickly, their flirtatious smack-talk turned into something more – and before long, Bryan was showing up at Morgan’s school, teddy bear and chocolates in hand, to take Morgan out on their first date. Even though they’d known “about” each other for eighteen years, they truly “met” that chilly day in February.

A few years later, it was Bryan’s birthday, and their plans were to go out for dinner and ice cream to celebrate. After dinner, Bryan claimed he was “too full” and needed a break before ice cream. Morgan, being completely oblivious, agreed to go to a nearby park to relax and open gifts in between dinner and dessert. Once they arrived, Bryan opened his gifts excitedly… but later as they walked hand in hand, he received the best gift of all – a YES to the question he’d been anxiously waiting to ask all day… “Morgan Paige Ream, will you marry me?”
